Hello my friend.i ll tell you what i knew Last month..i tried it and it really worked.I thought why not share it with you..Read it and think about it..
If you have noticed that the food you consume decides and directs your thinking and clarity of thoughts and finally the deeds you do. Every one advices to have healthy diet and nutritious food.The point is that these foods give you a physically toned body but it doesnt promise to make you a mentally fit.Thats why ancient saints and yogis ate only light foods.They knew the fact that anything else would disturb their perfectly balanced minds and meditation and years of "sadhna".As they had worked very hard to cultivate their thought provoking deeds.
Just think for a while if you owned a very expensive Ferrari,and want to refuel it.You will never think of fuelling it with any think less that a premium-grade gas.Anything less than that would degrade its performance and ultimately it would result in another crap car.When you think this much for a car,your body is a much higher and expensive machine.How could you be so carefree about it.Eating greecy and wrong food in large quantities would retard your energy level , affect your health and prevent your mind from serving you in right manner and to its fullest capacity. Realize the fact that every greasy food affects you in reduction in your level of motivation.
One of the best strateries i can share with you to boost both your energy level and your mood is to get into the habit of drinking fresh fruit juice.On this basis i think, one of my most priced possessions is "juice machine".Investing in a juicer and discovering the life-giving value of fresh juice is a very smart move.Fresh juices make your day.These juices with great taste and i cant describe how wonderful you will feel once you drink a glass of strawberry-orange or apple juice in the morning before you leave for work.Well i think you are now ready and have learnt the first lesson to incarnate your self.I would be very pleased to know your responses,if this post has affected your mindset in any regard.Will be bringing you with more of such suggestions in this blog.God bless you.

No (wat u call) greecy food at all would also bring down my energy levels ...hehe
It also depends on an individual...
A fruit juice may not freshen up everyone....A coffee or a tea might do the job for a few....
Anyway , the bottom line is to have good healthy food ...We shall all try to do that..

i totally agree! my mom swears by her daily glass of green apple and celery juice. a great to detox. i personally like beetroot juice or carrot and orange. mmmmmmm....
u r right shaz..its fun to start de day with a nice fresh fruit juice
